Summary: Due to reason of body health such as sick, reason of weather or food, maybe you can enjoy the appearance of  the lovely giant panda under altitude 2200 meters if you have good luck and the God with you in Jan Feb Mar Apr.
In Jul Aug Sep and Oct, then you must be altitude above 2200meters to see panda if good luck with you.
If take wild pandas mating and matching, then better go to the forests from March to May.
