Background Information
Panda is lovely, but threats to it's habitat
are ongoing people's concern. In China, government pay great
attention to protection of Giant Panda as well as people from
all over the world.
Adoption
a giant panda,
you can adopt giant panda in 4 places in Sichuan, China: Wolong
Natural Reserve, Fengtongzhai Natural Reserve, Chengdu Zoo,
Chengdu Research & Breeding Base of Giant Panda.
In above area, researching and breeding on going.
Procedure
& note for adoption a giant panda (take the
Base as example):
A,
Agreement.
1, Settle adoption agreement.
2, Adopter name this panda.
(give a name to the panda you plan to adopt)
3, Adopted amount (see
following) .
4, Adopting place: you
tell us where you plan to do this adoption.
B,
Adoption Ceremony (varies
to different category of adopton).
1, Adoptor make a lecture at
this Ceremony, and hand your donation to the Base (if Base
selceted) on the spot while media & journalist present.
2, Memorial to adoptor.
3, Adoptive Certificate to
you.
4, Leaders from the Base make
a lecture.
5, You can photo with your
lovely panda.
C,
Hang the adoption board on the wall of the panda's
house to publicise your love to panda.
D,
The Base will report the growth and health
condition of the giant panda during adoption.
E, Category of Adoption:
Adoption No. One: One-year-shared adoption 600USD. (one panda
can be adopted by 10 persons)
Adoption No. Two: One-year-private adoption 6000USD. (one panda
can be adopted and named by one person only)
Adoption No. Three: One-year-group adoption 6000USD.(one panda
can be adopted and named by one group only)
Adoption No. Four: Life-long (Life-time) adoption from 60000USD. (one
panda can be adopted and named by one person or one group only
for the duration of the panda's life)

Donation
to protection
For donation to Natural
Reserve involved in Panda protection, there are about 14 reserves
in Sichuan. Most of Reserves locates in poor area with high
altitude, and staff works at shortage of Money in basic
construction, and lack of basic equipment useful in protection.
And we recommend follow reserves to you:
Dafengding Nature Reserve; Yele nature reserve; Longxi-hongkou
national nature reserve; Labahe nature reserve; Tangjiahe reserve
etc.
Usage:
Donation can be used in all fields of conservation, also you can
specified usage of your donation:
1, Basic construction, such as building of information center and
portion, hydro-power etc.
2, Equipment & instrument in researching and instruction.
3, Create a new nature reserve.
4, Cost for researching and staff training.
5, Invitation foreign expert in protection of giant panda to lecture
in China.
6, Invitation Chinese expert and staff to other country for
professional exchange & training.
7, Purchase medicine & medical equipment.
How to donate
Contact us by e-mail, and we will response as soon as possible,
all arrangement and process will be Ok, and e-mail back to you the
details.
What you do 1st, is, tell us: your name, sex, nationality, passport
number, occupation, specified usage & amount of donation and
your request, terms & conditions.
Of course, you can donate cash as well as material object.
Donation-Picture
Project (in Wolong
Bifengxia only)
DP-A: 500CNY/p.p. for 2 pictures with panda age of 3-4
years around;
DP-B: 1000CNY/p.p. for
you to play 5minutes and take picture with panda aged of 10
months-22 months.
If want to do donation-picture project,
please tell us the DP
code (A or B), and we will add its cost to our total quotation to
you so that we can arrange it in advance for you.
Donation-picture project, before
picture with pandas in arms, you must under the guidance of local
expert: wash your hand, be sure your are healthy, enter enclosure
(panda kendergarten),
shoot........
But in general, all our existed (in our webpage) quotation does not
included this donation.
And once your finished above donation-picture project, you can get a
Donation Certificate
DP-K: 6600CNY/p.p. for
you to hold, cuddle, camera, photo panda cub aged of 3-8 months for
1 minute.
Donate to conserve pandas, you can hold, cuddle baby panda cubs for
photo pictures in your arms with lovely panda.
In general, this panda for you to hold or cuddle, photo with, is
aged of 3months-8months. You must under the guidance of local
expert: disinfect your hand, wear coat, be sure your are healthy,
enter the breeding and raising (nursery) area, hold cub on your
knee, or place panda baby on your knee in arms, shoot camera,
play, photo your lovely panda cubs. Time for you to hold,
cuddle panda baby only about 1 minutes.
But in general, all our existed tour (in our webpage) quotation does
not included this donation.
And once your finished above donation-picture project, you can get a
Donation Certificate.
How to booking DP-K: Please tell us while you booking our tour.
And in generall it is diffcult to apply DP-K
program.
It is available only from late Sep to earlier March.
